For those whom have celiac disease, vitamin B deficiency is very common and does not get absorbed into your system with foods or supplements. This is NOT absorbing into the stomach and is dispersed into the gut where it will be absorbed better as well as the immediate absorption sublingual (under tongue). With celiac, pills are a waste, they don’t do anything. Menopause depletes B levels as well which affects more than women understand. This will work and using it correctly will do you justice. No this is NOT a paid review or compensation in anyway I just learned a lot by struggling for years and doing much research as well as informing doctors as I go along to do their homework as well.
